Please edit the page and ensure that the index tab is already enabled under the Advanced tab

If that is already checked, please note that Rank Math automatically adds the noindex to the robots meta of myaccount, checkout, and cart pages. You may have a plugin/theme setting your product pages to be in that state that could cause conflict with Rank Math’s meta robots.
In this case, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), to determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
