Can you please follow these steps?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

I tried the first solution but it didn’t work.
I haven’t used any specific caching plugin except Rank Math.
Please guide to resolve the issue.

This usually happens if you have a sitemap XML file in your root directory.
Rank Math’s sitemaps are dynamically created, which means that you won’t see any XML files in your website’s files. If there are any, please remove them from your files and check again the sitemap. You can get in touch with your web host for assistance with that as well.
If the issue still persists, then you may need to apply the redirect in your server as https://marketingusingai.com/?sitemap=1 is working fine:
https://rankmath.com/kb/fix-sitemap-issues/#nginx-server-error
