To resolve this issue, please ensure that you are logged in to the correct account that you used to purchase the Content AI credits. Once logged in, please visit the following URL to check if you are able to see the correct remaining credits: Rank Math Account

If the credit count is correct but not displaying on your website, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account by following these steps:

1. Go to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
2. Click on “Disconnect Account” and then “Connect Now” as shown in the screenshots below:

After reconnecting your Rank Math account, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and display the correct one. You can do this by following the steps in this screenshot:
