In general settings, then in Analytics. In the Analytics ‘box’ there is no accounts. My search console is activated and indexed. I can see my domain in the ‘search console’ box. But no accounts.

    Thank you

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

Please reconnect your website and ensure that you have accepted the necessary permissions with Analytics.

Let’s try reconnecting the Google service again in the plugin for troubleshooting. This time, please remove the current permissions first here: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

Then, reconnect the account inside Rank Math by clicking here and ensure that you approve all the permission notices that show up:

WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the Reconnect link

    reconnect analytics

Allow all the permissions on the next screen

    tick all checkboxes

Let us know how this goes.

    Thank you.

I did this and still no luck. Under the site option where the domain names are listed. I have sc-domain:myurl
and I have a https://myurl except instead of .com.au at the end, I have .com

    Hello,

Please note that Rank Math does not support the domain property verification in Google Search Console (sc-domain:yourdomain.com)

In this case, please verify using the URL prefix and ensure that you have verified the correct version of your website on the Google Search Console (HTTP or HTTPS, www or non-www). You can skip that process in the setup wizard and reconnect it later on your WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics.

The URL-prefix property also helps keep your sitemap in sync with Google Search Console as we submit it automatically for you. In addition, the domain property won’t work correctly on some sections of the Analytics module such as the IndexStatus.

    Hope that helps.

    Thank you.

So when I go to select my https://myurl as I hover my mouse over that. The current incorrect url automatically moves to wherever my pointer is on the list.

    Hello,

Can you please share a screencast of the issue you’re facing so that we can check this further for you? You can use a tool like https://loom.com to share the screencast with us.

Meanwhile, if the settings are not getting saved properly, you can try saving the settings for the Analytics with a different browser such as Google Chrome. If you’re already using Chrome, then you can try it in Incognito mode just to save the settings.

Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

We’ve checked your website and looks like you don’t have any Google Analytics account on the email address you’ve connected to Rank Math Analytics.

You can try to follow this URL to set up your Google Analytics for your website: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/9304153?hl=en

After that please try to reconnect your Google Account again in Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics.

Please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions.

    Thank you.

Would I need to set up this google analytics account with the same gmail account I used in the setup wizard for rank math?
