No access to internal pages when I active Rank math extension

    Hi,

    Rank math extension works well BUT only using the pre-production site.

    On the production site (the real site), as soon as I active Rank math extension,

    I am limited to the principal page and external pages : no access to internal pages.

    Can you please confirm if you are the admin user of your website?

    Please check if the Roles are correctly configured to access some of the pages: https://rankmath.com/kb/role-manager/

    If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
