No access to email registered for Rank Math PRO

    Hello team Rank MATH.

    A couple of years back my colleague Torben Weber used his personal email address (moved to sensitive data section) to sign up for your service.

    Unfortunately, he quit a couple of months ago – and we don’t have access to his e-mail address anymore.

    It’s important for us to get access to the email since we need to provide recipes for your service to our accountants – in order to keep using Rank MATH PRO.

    Is this something you guys could help us with?

    I’ve checked the email you shared, however, there’s no subscription applied to his Rank Math account.

    In this case, please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate the purchase in our system.

    Okay, that wasn’t the answer I was hoping for. It is possible that the account is registered on this account instead: [moved to sensitive data section]

    We use several different domains within the organization.

    We have merged your accounts as requested.

    Please check on your end if everything is working as expected.

    Now you will need to reconnect your website by heading over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account to fix the issue.
