Hello,
Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
For the number of links, Can you please confirm if you are using any page builder on your site? If so please let us know which page builder you are using.
However, if the link count option is not showing on your post list page, please make sure that you’ve enabled the Link Counter module from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Modules:
Regarding the analytics, for initial troubleshooting, you can follow the steps from this URL and see if that works for you: https://rankmath.com/kb/delete-old-analytics-data/
Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hello! I use Spectra with Astra theme. It’s now only showing the number of links if I open and close each post, one by one. Is this how Rank Math works? It won’t give you the link data unless you have gone into the post to edit?
Forgot to mention that the link counter module was and still is enabled.
I was able to pull the Google analytics data by following your instructions. Thank you!
But the Overall Optimization with Rank Math’s average SEO score on the Analytics Dashboard still only shows data for the less than 10 out of 100 posts. How can I get it to calculate the scores for the missing posts?
Hello,
In this case, you can follow the steps in this link to recalculate the scores of all your posts:
https://rankmath.com/kb/rank-math-status-and-tools/#recalculate-seo-score-for-postsOnce done, the score will get propagated to the list view and the Analytics overall score.
Let us know how this goes.
Thank you.
Hello,
Thank you. I followed the instructions, but it didn’t update the Overall Optimization scores. It still shows over 100 posts as “No Data.” How else can we fix this?
Hello,
In that case, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We hope that helps, and please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
Thank you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
I have rebuilt the index, and the scores are now showing in the Overall Optimization section in your Analytics dashboard.
If there are missing posts or incorrect scores in the Analytics, head over to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools, and click the
Rebuild Indexbutton.Hope that helps.
Thank you.
Looks great! Thank you so much!
