I purchased a Content AI membership but in my Rankmath plugin it is under a different email address so the 2 are not linked.
My rank math is under the email address b*******@h**************** and my Content AI is under n*********@g********
I have now got 2 sets of login details. can I please have them merged to the one assocatied with the b*******@h**************** account so I can get it working.

While I have you can you tell me if it’s normal when I do the bulk edits that most of the time all I get is a message that says **bulk editing SEO meta has started. It might take a few minutes to complete the process****. and then nothing happens even if I leave it for hours??? On the demo video I had assumed the process would be instantaneous?

There is a tool for terminating such type of Content AI Bulk Editing Process. This can help when a background bulk editing process gets hanged, etc.
You can access the tool from Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Cancel Content AI Bulk Editing Process. Please note that you will only see this tool if you have an ongoing bulk editing process. You can learn more here.
