  • Hello,

Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

On that ticket, we were able to check that there was no conflict between the Rank Math plugin and the other plugin the user was using which was “Pinterest for WooCommerce”.

The settings were showing correctly when testing with the following tool: https://developers.pinterest.com/tools/url-debugger/

Other details about the ticket need to remain private because it was opened by one of our paying users, and those tickets are private.

    Okay thank you.

I also use Woocommerce for Pinterest.
Should I use the checkbox for rich pins in de Pinterest plugin and then remove the api key in Rank Math?

    Hello,

The problem will be the open graph meta tags will be added by Pinterest by Woocommerce as well as Rank Math. Hence, you’ll have duplicate meta tags issues due to plugin conflict.

However, if you already have the open graph meta fields, you can deactivate the options “Add Rich Pins for Products” and “Add Rich Pins for Posts” on the Settings tab on Marketing > Pinterest.

This way the meta fields won’t be added to your site.

    Hope that helps.

    Thank you.
