However, as you’re currently using the Rank Math PRO plugin on your website, the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.
Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and verify it?

I did not purchase RankMath Pro version directly from RankMath. Another person that owns a RankMath Business subscription installed the plugin in my WordPress Dashboard.
Can you add the Content AI credits that I purchased to my account? If you cannot, please cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Please note that you cannot use 2 different accounts of Rank Math on your website to make use of Content AI and PRO plugins from the other.
We can transfer the Content AI subscription to the account where the Business subscription is purchased as you already have mentioned if that is what you prefer.
If you don’t prefer that, we can proceed with refunding the Content AI plan.
