Thank you for contacting Rank Math for help with disabling your website showing a list of all your posts and pages on the homepage, and sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.
I suspect your homepage has been set to an HTML sitemap. To deactivate this, please go to your WordPress admin under Rank Math > Sitemap Settings > HTML Sitemap, toggle off the “Enable HTML Sitemap” setting and click save changes.

Apologies for the inconvenience about the HTML Sitemap feature.
As per Google’s guidelines, crawlers can understand and organize your website faster and more easily with an HTML sitemap. When the crawlers know how to organize your site, it can increase your search engine visibility.

You can also choose whether to use a page or add the shortcode to your content so it won’t get added to your homepage drastically.
