    hello
    I have an issue i do not know why when I take any post link from my website

    [moved to sensitive data section]

    it refuses to generate post images this happens on Facebook and any other social sites such as Instagram or Twitter

    Are there any solutions or ideas to solve this or shall i look for any other SEO plugin however I fully trust in Rankmath it the best

    I also face the same issue on another website

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    We checked some of the posts from the first website you shared and can confirm that the OG image and Twitter image are working properly on LinkedIn and Twitter without any issues. Please check the screenshot in the sensitive data section for reference.

    However, for Facebook, we’ve recently seen some issues where Facebook is unable to crawl the images with Arabic characters on the file name.     In order to resolve the issue, please try to change the file name and after clearing your website cache, check the URL again with the Facebook Sharing Debugger tool and see if that works for you.

    Regarding the other website, it looks like you’re currently using the AIO SEO plugin there. Please try to install the Rank Math SEO plugin again so that we can check this further for you.

    but I need to clarify to you that I am using the rank math plugin also regarding Arabic title for images i change that and it dose not effect check this post link

    Hello,

    The Opengraph image still has Arabic characters:

    You can also see in the debugger the og:image tag is showing that image:
    https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/?q=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.benokinvest.com%2Farchives%2F118869

    To fix this, please update the file name and clear your website’s cache.
