My subcription missed a payment and has now dissapeared

    it looks like I missed an annual payment in December, and now I have no subscriptions left. Should I start a new one? Which package was I on? Also, my only issue with Pro is how often it either switches off or doesn’t update, and I have to reconnect it. What’s the deal with that? Is that a known issue, and how can I avoid it happening? I can’t keep checking 100 websites every day to make sure the plugin is connected. I’ll start a monthly package until I hear back from you.
