If the issue still persists, you may need to increase the server PHP values more to handle this number of pages on your site.

PHP Memory Limit
Max input time
PHP time limit
PHP max input variables
Regarding the issue in your Google Search Console, try resubmitting your main sitemap only:
https://rankmath.com/kb/submit-sitemap-to-google/
