Could you please confirm if you’re using the latest version of the Rank Math plugin? We have asked since there’s an issue with the latest version of Rank Math about the Google account connection.
However, our developers are looking into it and will soon release a fix for this. This issue is occurring for many of our users and we expect this to be fixed fairly soon as it’s a high priority.
In the meantime, you can roll back to the previous version of Rank Math in order to avoid this issue. Please navigate to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Version Control > Rollback Version, select and Install Version 1.0.116

We wanted to let you know that we have released an update with a fix. We regret the inconvenience this must have caused but the update should sort it out. Please update to the latest version and try to reconnect again from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics.
