My redirection doesn't work - Support

Hi,
I just created a redirection to a new Url. Then I tested if the old URL redirects to the new one and unfortunately, it just redirects to the homepage. Below you can see the related Url’s.

Hello,

In the source URL, please remove the domain and focus on the slug instead.

It should look like this:

If the issue persists, please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks and save the page without changing anything. You may also clear your website and browser caches and see if that would work as well.
