Could you please share the focus keyword you are using so we can check?
We have asked since Rank Math evaluates the appearance of the exact match of the keyword/s on your content.
Meanwhile, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), this can be caused by a conflicting plugin/theme on your site.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

We can see you are using the Otter page builder on your website. We recently have seen some issues with the latest version of the Otter plugin and our Content Analysis API. However, their developers are already aware of this and will soon release an update with a fix as you can see here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/latest-version-in-conflict-with-rank-math/
Meanwhile, you can try to roll back to the previous version of the Otter plugin to see if that works for you.
