    Hi

My Rank math does not show the total number of clicks.

I deleted all the data and updated the statistics.
The clicks are not being shown. How can I fix this?

    Thank you

I didn’t solve anything! In fact now it has made the situation worse, Rank Math Analytics shows nothing, it shows everything at (0)

    Hello,

In this case, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

We fetched the data manually on your website and now we can see a small amount of data is showing on your Analytics dashboard.

In this case, please share screenshots of the data from your Google Search Console for the last 30 days so that we can compare it with the data coming through in the Analytics module.

You can use any image-sharing tool like https://imgur.com/upload to share the screenshot with us.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

The Search Click data in your GSC account is not enough to be served by the API, and that’s why our plugin is not able to fetch it. Please wait for some time, and when there is enough data, our plugin will fetch it.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

I would like to point out that it used to show clicks even though they were few. I think it happened after an update.

    Thank you
    Good work

    Hello,

Please note that the data you’re seeing is showing for the period you have selected, see screenshot:

You can check your search console insights to see if you have gotten any search clicks for the same timeframe. Google’s Search Console Insights is accessible from: https://search.google.com/search-console/insights/

Thank you for your patience and cooperation
