    Hi,

    I am facing an issue with the “noindex” robot metatag found on my homepage only. I did all the possible audits to find solutions to this issue but couldn’t do anything.

    Things I have checked so far:

      Checked Robots.txt
      Checked Rankmath settings
      Checked “Discourage search engines from indexing this site” Setting
      Checked noindex tag if used or not on the homepage.

    Please help me out.

    We do not see any noindex tag either. In fact, your homepage is indexed perfectly fine:

    You can ignore the error for now and if you see it again in a few days (notice the last crawl), then you can get back to us so we can check again.

    Surprisingly I can’t find my homepage on Google when I run site:freethemeshub.com.

    And when I tried the “Inspect URL” from GSC, this is what it showed: https://prnt.sc/DRgvydcxlFmT.

    I am really confused.

    Hello,

    Google Search Console showing submitted URL marked “noindexed” seems to be a false positive warning for the given reasons.

    1. Checking page source of the homepage, there is no noindex tag.
    2. Robots.txt file looks fine.
    3. Sitemap generated by Rank Math looks fine.

    Please, note that Google doesn’t always show up-to-date information in the reports so you’ll need to give Google some time to crawl your sitemap index and discover the post and page URLs included in them. Patience is crucial here.
