My Data is Not Syncing on my Word Press Dashboard

    I’m not sure what is going on, but my Rank Math dashboard on Word Press is not syncing. When I log in, my overview shows my traffic is tanking over the last 30 days.

    When I click on the analytics report, it shows it last synced nearly a week ago (August 3).

    When I click over to Google Analytics, it shows my traffic is up over the last 30 days.

    Something is not right between the two. How do I fix this and have my data sync daily?

    Hello,

    Thank you for getting in touch and we are sorry to hear about the issue you are facing.

    The frequency of data update in the free version is 7 days, and in the PRO is 3 days. Since the last data fetch was August 3, next data fetch should start tomorrow, August 10th.

    I’m sorry – I submitted my question under the wrong product type. I do have PRO. It has now not synced for 6 days.

    Hello,

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your PRO account and verify it?

    In the meantime, can you try refreshing the old Analytics data and manually update the data? You can learn more about that here:
