    Hello my Business subscription is not listed! I do have two websites listed under my business but when trying to add a third website, it says that i do not have a subscription. Please advise!

    when i follow the instructions above on your reply to my support ticket, it only lists my account as a FREE account…my PRO Business account is not one of the subscriptions listed.

    Hello again.

    My Business subscription was purchased on 4/6/22. Invoice was received via email that same day. However, as I click on the link, on the email, to view my Invoice, it takes me to my Dashboard where my subscription is not listed, nor does it direct me to the Invoice. As a result, I can only share with you a thumb nail screen shot, of the email, that I received from RankMath confirming my subscription purchase, which it does not allow me to attach to this TICKET.

    I have 2 websites that are listed under this subscription (198 client websites remaining under this subscription), which is evident that I purchased the Business package, and I am sure you can confirm from your end.

    Why, I am being asked to show an Invoice, when on your end, you should have record of the email confirming my subscription purchase dated on 4/6/22, and confirming it with the 2 Business websites that are listed on my RankMath account Dashboard. Please help, I have client websites to work on and I am losing valuable time to get their website up and running with RankMath SEO.

    We can see a Business subscription on your account but it’s expired and it ended on April this year. That happened because the payment for it couldn’t be collected from the payment method on file.

    Ok, but I understand that you have the correct bank account information on file. I was not notified by Fast Spring (RankMath) of the charges not be able to be processed, nor does my bank have any history on the charge attempt on my bank account by FastSpring.com. Which leads me to believe that my subscription was not automatically renewed by RankMath. In December of 2023 my account was used successfully to purchased Content AI (Order Reference: RANKMATH231214-5770-94270), and is still active on file with you.

    Now, I checked your new prices, and I noticed that they have gone up, therefore, I will now be paying an increase of 18.4834% for a new subscription, from last current subscription payment of $211 to $251.88 for a new subscription. I am ok with this, but I would like the option of paying it monthly and not annually, is this possible?
