My AI has never worked.

To address this problem, please follow these steps:

1. Make sure you are logged in to the account you used to purchase Content AI credits.
2. Visit your Rank Math account page by going to Rank Math > Account > Website or use this URL: Rank Math Account.
3. Check if you can see the correct remaining credits as shown in this screenshot:
   
4. If the credit count is correct but not reflecting on your website, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account by going to WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help. Here are the screenshots for reference:

5. After reconnecting your account, refresh the credits count in Content AI by visiting Content AI and clicking on the refresh credits button, as shown here:
