Dear all,
I have registered an account using my email address xxx but have not got any email with account details after registration and password reset is also not working for this.
It won’t be dramatic, but I already bought a pro license with that email address and would like to use it.
May you please check your systems why you are not able to sent mails to that address? I think it is about the subdomain „einkauf“ after the @ – but that’s our purchasing department and so I have to choose that kind of email address.
May you please arrange the upgrade to pro in the meantime please. If you need anything else please let me know.
