my account is empty – the connected domain and the PRO version are missing

    Hi,

    I changed the location of the PRO plugin to a new domain. I used the instructions I received from you. It was OK – the dashboard showed the current page after the change.

    Dozens of hours later on my RM account there is no PRO version to download anymore (I thought I would need it for the update), there is also no connection to my new domain (while according to wordpress the RM PRO plugin is connected – wtf?) – please help .

    Currently my RM account looks like I don’t have the PRO version – just free.

    It seems like you purchased the plugin with some other email address.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account?
