As you might know, we recently released a revamped version of Content AI and you might need to refresh the credits to start using Content AI.
Please head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:
Once done, please go back to using Content AI and it should work without any issues.

We have fixed the issue now, sorry about the troubles. You now have 12000 monthly credits that will expire on June 22, 2024. After that you’ll have to purchase new subscription as this one can’t be renewed anymore due to your cancellation on FastSpring side.

Normally I have 115 Content Ai credit. Which means 115 times I can research words with your content ai panel.
Thank you you fixed credit problem But now I tried when 12.000 credits just one word and 500 credit lost?! Its means 12000 : 500 credits = 24 words later my credit will be finished? BUT I HAVE 115 Content ai word queries , I bought this.

Yes, each Content AI Keyword Research request will cost 500 Credits while every word you generate will consume 1 Credit.

So, you will receive 12000 credits every month until you cancel. This corresponds to 24 Content AI Searches every month.
So 24*12 actually gives you 280+ searches for the whole year.

You didnt understand me. I just want to focus keyword analyize in every page . And for this I bought 150 credits for 150 focus keyword search. And I canceled my pro subscription and my credit subscription.
Now I have 115 credits , 115 focus keyword search normally. But you changed your system and now you said you can make 24 search with same price.
Please money back to me. 50 usd for just 24 focus keyword analysis Its so expensive

Sorry for the confusion. Last month, we launched the new Content AI 2.0 and have converted your previous content AI to our new Content AI 2.0, and these Content AI credits will give you 12000 monthly credits until your subscription expires on June 22, 2024.

That is a total of 108,000 credits for you to use til June 22, 2024. That is around 200-216 Keyword search or 108,000 words generated by Content AI.

1) I dont want pay anymore. As I said before I quit montly membership. So you said that until june 2024 but maybe you dont know I dont want pay anymore, I quit monthly basis membership. But still I have some credits.
2) When I tried focus keyword search, 500 credits gone for every focus keyword search. If you want I can send screen video. Every focus keyword search 500 credits now on my rankmath. It means 12.000/500=24. Just 24 times focus keyword search but I bought 120 focus keyword search. Do you want to screen recording for Clarification to 500 credit for every search?

1. You don’t have to pay monthly for the Content AI Plan. From the AI credits you bought last June 22, 2023, You have been upgraded to the Content AI Creator Plan with 12500 monthly credits until June 2024.
2. Yes, that is correct. As mentioned on our guide, each Content AI Keyword Research request will cost 500 Credits while every word you generate will consume 1 Credit.
That means, you can make 24 Focus Keyword searches on a monthly basis until your subscription expires. That’s 24 x 10 months (September 2023 – June 2024) = 240 Keyword Searches for the whole year.
That is 2x the number of credits you purchased.
