We have checked again and we can see that the title tag is still being generated twice. In this case, you’ll have to reach out to that plugin developer because the plugin adding an additional title tag is not the best practice as WordPress already add a title tag to the page. At the very least, they should provide a way to remove or title tag.
Please speak with the plugin team and let us know their response.
