Subject: Feedback and Concerns Regarding RANKMATH SEO
### Deception:
A couple of months ago, I installed RANKMATH SEO after reading numerous articles praising its superiority among plugins. It seemed quite promising, given my reasonable experience with SEO and content writing.
However, I encountered a deception when attempting to upgrade to the pro version. Upon payment, I was directed to a page promising a plethora of features, with the AI content writing tool touted as the star attraction. Yet, after a few days of use, I discovered that only the AI content writing feature functioned as promised; the rest required additional payment. Sadly, this deceptive tactic is not unfamiliar to me, having encountered similar situations with other software companies.
Furthermore, the AI tool has now ceased to function altogether. I’m not seeking a refund or upgrade; rather, I’m writing to provide you with an opportunity to cease misleading customers and employing such deceptive practices.
### Unindexed Pages:
Regarding indexing, despite my reasonable SEO experience and familiarity with YOAST, I find RANKMATH lacking in comparison. YOAST was notably simpler to use, with automated processes ensuring swift indexing of all pages. However, with RANKMATH, only one product page has been indexed in the past four months, despite each product page maintaining an average SEO score of over 65.
I am eager to understand what I may be overlooking, despite having configured everything correctly. It’s perplexing that search engines are failing to index our pages. Based on your response, I will determine whether to continue with RANKMATH or revert to YOAST.

Thank you for contacting support.
We checked your account and we could only see a purchase of a Content AI subscription back in December, which would explain why the PRO features are not active.
We have two completely independent subscriptions. One for the Content AI feature and the other for the PRO features and to enjoy both you need to have one of each active.
All this is made very clear in our FAQs as you can see here:
Regarding the Content AI subscription you currently have, we can see that you still have the full credits available for the current month and to enjoy those on the website you can simply head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > General Settings > Content AI and click the little circling arrow to update the credits
If you see any error while updating the credit count please share the error message you see with us so we can advise on the steps to correct it.
Last but not least, the indexing of pages doesn’t depend only on the SEO score you have. In fact, you could have a page without any score being indexed.
The score is built with a set of guidelines that would position the page in a way that it would be better optimized for the focus keyword but that doesn’t mean that a perfect score of 100/100 would guarantee that the page would be indexed and in the first position. SEO is so much more than that and the algorithms are so advanced that just focusing on the on-page SEO won’t paint the full picture.

It’s important to note that even if you don’t have anything technically wrong with the page, if the content is not up to standards, the page won’t be indexed.
