Metabox not opening

When I add a new post, I am no longer able to get to all the tools in the metabox – nothing happens when I click the arrow to open it. I followed the directions in https://rankmath.com/kb/why-rank-math-meta-box-is-not-showing/ and https://rankmath.com/kb/wordpress-hooks-actions-filters/ as far as I could. I tried to revert to older versions, but still could not get it to work.

This issue could be caused by conflicting plugins/themes on your website. Kindly make sure you are using the latest version of all the plugins and themes, please update if not yet.
