In this case, if the metadata is not saving, please check if you are using a Firewall as it may prevent saving the changes.
If you are using a Firewall, please whitelist this route:

Upon checking your site using Health Check Plugin, it seems that the WP Frm Contact plugin is conflicting with Rank Math’s title generation on your site. Please refer to the screencast attached in the sensitive data section.
However, the plugin only appears during troubleshooting mode, and it’s not visible when you’re on your plugins list page.
Could you please check this one with your web host to see if that plugin is coming from their server?

Previously, you had suggested that the conflict might have been due to the WP Frm Contact plugin. In response to that, we disabled the mentioned plugin, and everything started working fine. However, I am disappointed to report that the same problem has occurred once again.

On using the same tool as my colleague has, I was also able to check what might be the cause of this. A plugin called All in One SEOExtensions looks like it is causing the issue. Please check the screencast I’ve sent over in the Sensitive Data Section.
However, like my colleague’s result, this plugin is not found unless the website is in troubleshooting mode.
It may be due to our role being limited. If it’s not appearing on your end as the admin, you may want to contact your Hosting again and check if that plugin is visible on your site.
