Hi anyone here to solve my problem i have faced regarding meta details
Hello,
Apologies for the delay as this ticket seems to have been stuck in our drafts section for some reason.
We’ve checked the page, and indeed the meta title of the page is different from the one you have set in Rank Math.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), this could be caused by a conflicting plugin/theme with Rank Math’s title generation.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/Here is a video you can follow as well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FcIWRhcUP2c
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
Let us know how this goes.
Hi Reinelle,
thank you for your quick response, we updated everything but the issue is still not fixed for all website meta details.
Can you please help more on this issue?
Hello,
To help you investigate this issue, we might need to take a closer look at your website and settings. Please follow these steps:
- Edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress and FTP logins in the Sensitive Data section. This is a secure section that only our support staff can access.
- Make sure you take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
- If you prefer, you can use this plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead: https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
- You can also use this plugin to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any): https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We appreciate your cooperation and patience. Thank you for choosing Rank Math.
Hello,
Looking at this further we can see that the page in question (https://pwa-media.org/ppc-management-agency/) is showing the title and description that you have set.
Here’s a screenshot of the meta title & description that you have set:
And here’s a screenshot of your page source code showing the same thing:
Can you please confirm if this is the same on your end? If not, then please share your website access using the instructions we previously shared.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation
Hi thank you for your response for this page: https://pwa-media.org/ppc-management-agency/ We put a meta title in the page title which is why it shows like the title tags are showing in the meta details we lost all ranking of the website so we updated our 2/3 page title tag with meta details
Hi
i have shared the temporary login details of the website in sensitive data can you please check now
Hi
I am still waiting response from your side.
Hello,
We deeply apologize for the delay in response.
We’ve checked your website with the Health Check plugin and found that the
All in One SEOExtension
andWP Yoast SEOExtensions
plugins are conflicting with Rank Math and changing the meta title of your website. Please check the screenshot in the sensitive data section for your reference. However, these two plugins are not appearing on your plugin list page. It seems like some other plugin installed them on your website or some malware has implemented these plugins on your site. If you want to delete these two plugins then please access your FTP or your CPanel’s File Manager, locate your website’s root directory, navigate to
/wp-content/plugins/
, and from there you can delete the plugins file.If the issue still persists, we recommend that you do a complete security audit on the website and hire a professional developer if you don’t know exactly how to do that.
Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
We are unable to find the solution what to do with this issue
Hello,
We can attempt to check your files to see if we can delete the plugins from there – we would need to have access to your files via FTP. Can you please share an FTP login with us so we can help investigate this further?
Thank you for your patience and cooperation. Looking forward to hearing back from you.
