    Hi Team,

    On pages when am trying to add html by entering + button am not getting that option. I have tried using “add SEO Controls” enabled. still facing same issue. Kindly help me

    I apologize for the inconvenience you are facing with the Meta Box not showing on pages and posts when trying to add HTML content. To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:

    1. Navigate to Rank Math SEO → Titles & Meta from your WordPress dashboard.
      Navigate to Titles and Meta Settings

    2. In the Titles & Meta settings, ensure that you have selected the correct post type where you want to add the missing Meta Box. For example, if you want the Meta Box on pages, make sure to select Pages as shown in the screenshot below:
      Select Post Type/ Taxonomy

    3. Scroll down and enable the Add SEO Controls option in the Titles & Meta settings.
      Enable Add SEO Controls option

    If you have followed these steps and are still facing the same issue, please ensure that you have enabled the Advanced Mode in Rank Math. You can do this by going to Rank Math SEO → Dashboard and enabling the Advanced Mode.

    If the issue persists after following these steps, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.
