Merge Rank Math PRO and Free Accounts

Hello, I apologize for the inconvenience you’re facing with merging your Rank Math PRO and Free accounts. To merge the accounts or change the email address connected to your PRO account, please follow these steps:

1. Go to the Rank Math Support Forum and click on “Submit a Ticket” as shown in the screenshot below:

2. In the Ticket Title section, enter a one-line summary of the issue. For example, “Merge Rank Math PRO and Free Accounts.”

3. In the Ticket Question section, provide more details about the email addresses associated with your PRO and Free accounts. You can mention that the email address associated with your Rank Math PRO account is m**************@g******** and the email address associated with your free account is r************@g********. You can also mention any other relevant information or requests.

4. In the Sensitive Data section, enter the email addresses you want to connect to your PRO account. If you want to merge your FREE and PRO accounts, please select one of the emails as your preferred email address.

Note: It would be helpful if you could include the email address you used to purchase the PRO plan or a screenshot of the invoice you received from FastSpring.com.

5. Once you have provided all the necessary information, click the SUBMIT YOUR TICKET button.
