If you’re merging your FREE and PRO accounts, you’ll need to select one of the emails as your preferred email address.
In the Ticket Title section, enter a one-line summary of the issue, and in the Ticket Question section, provide more details. Once done, click the SUBMIT YOUR TICKET button.
Our support team will then locate your PRO account and change the email connected to it or merge it with your FREE account as per your request.
