Lost credits when updated Rank Math

    Rank Math free

I still had a lot of credits left from my 50 credits package, 33 of them in fact. After reading your email about the changes, I am not pleased about as far as where my affordability level right now. Anyway, the email and supporting documents assured me I would be rolled over to the lowest new package for $19/year normally 3.99/month for new people.

Right now I am sitting with no credits and it says I am not subscribed. I look at my account and it says that I am on the $19 plan renewing in March of 2024.

Not a great first start to this. Also, It shows in my website’s dashboard only one of my sites is connected and nowhere I can figure out to be sure my second site is attached to your RankMath site. I have been using it with no problem on both sites in WordPress.

Please advise when this is fixed as I paid money for credits that have over half left and to have them disappear is unacceptable especially when you said I would be getting the new thing at no extra cost.

    Thank You
    With Gratitude,
    Nancy Hughes

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

As you might know, we recently released a revamped version of Content AI and you might need to refresh the credits to start using Content AI.

Please head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits.

    Here’s a screenshot for reference:

Once done, please go back to using Content AI and it should work without any issues.

Regarding the missing websites, please reconnect them to your Rank Math account by heading on their WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > Help tab > disconnect and connect it again.

    Hope that helps.

    Thank you.

    Thank you Reinelle,

Your prompt response is appreciated. You have solved the problems that I presented to you. Thank you for this. I look forward to trying out the AI content.

One more thing I noticed and I am not sure it is a big deal is that the site that was connected on my dashboard on this website is not showing the analytics overview like the reconnected one is. I followed the same steps and disconnected and reconnected it. Is there something more to do or should I not be concerned? I also tested the connection under the General Settings>>Analytics in WordPress.

    Thanks again.

    With Gratitude,
    Nancy Hughes

P.S Does the Grammarly part of the AI cost credits?

    Hello,

    Thank you for your patience.

For initial troubleshooting the data in the Analytics overview, follow these steps to regenerate the token on your site:

    1. Please delete RankMath’s app from here:

    https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

    remove rank math app

    2. Reconnect the account inside Rank Math by clicking here and ensure that you approve all the permission notices that show up:
WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the Reconnect link
    reconnect analytics

Allow all the permissions on the next screen.
    tick all checkboxes

    3. Let the process complete, which might take around 30 minutes to fetch the data.

Regarding Grammarly, using it does not affect the credits on your site. You can enable/disable it to integrate with the Content AI:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/configure-content-ai-global-settings/#enable-grammarly

Let us know how this goes.

    Hello,
