Yes, Rank Math’s schema will not be affected if you delete the lines you have shared in your screenshot since it is placed inside this line on your page’s source code:
script type="application/ld+json" class="rank-math-schema"
However, we recommend checking which plugin/theme is adding it to your site as it is invalid. Deleting that line in your headper.php directly may cause some issues on the front end.

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
Once you have found which plugin/theme, you can get in touch with them to remove the schema script as Rank Math already adds it to your site correctly.

Thank you for answer but I don’t think you understand me correctly. Because I couldn’t match your answer with my question. How do I fix this error on Search console? There is nothing causing conflict. Rank math cannot add its own schema to the site.

However, the faulty schema is not being added by Rank Math as I’ve previously mentioned.
You can try deleting the code you have shared since it’s not coming from Rank Math, and check if there are any affected functions on your site to verify as well.
