The MySQL database for my website is over the allowable limit for my web hosting.
In looking into the issue, it appears as if it’s some RankMath tables that are very large, causing the strain. I have worked through this guide https://rankmath.com/kb/rank-math-status-and-tools/ but still have very large tables.
My website performance will be limited with my hosting unless I can resolve this issue quickly.
How can I reduce the size of these tables? And, prevent this problem from happening in the future?

The table you shared in the screenshot is related to Rank Math data fetches from the Google search console
The best way to reduce the size of the database if you are using the Analytics module is to reduce the number of days that you keep the data in the plugin.
To do that, you can reduce the number of days under WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics
And then follow the steps here to delete the old data and import new ones: https://rankmath.com/kb/delete-old-analytics-data/
You can also reduce the size by purging the ActionScheduler database with all the completed actions which serve no purpose other than as a history log.
