    Hello team reactivate my subscription as it was cancelled due to failed payment. I have updated my payment method now you can charge to card. I have attached the screenshot in sensitive data from the dashboard as I am not able to see any manage button.

    Thank you for contacting us and bringing your concern to our attention.

    FastSpring, our payment processor, automatically retries the charge 1, 3, and 5 days after a declined rebill/payment failed.

    There is no option to renew manually at this time.

    However, it looks like you’ve purchased the subscription again which is the correct method when your subscription got canceled.
