Hi, I’m following your setup just was well as I’m able. but I don’t think my content AI is available. For example, I don’t see, nor am I able to find a way to show it, the AI content tab. What leads me to believe I didn’t successfully connect my upgrade is that I have negative credits remaining. Can you help me quickly? I’m so eager to get going. Thank you!

Thank you for reaching out to us. We’re sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with the Content AI feature.
To ensure that you are connected to your Rank Math account and that the credits are correctly displayed, please follow these steps:

Log in to your Rank Math account using the email address you used to purchase the Content AI credits. You can do this by visiting the following link: Rank Math Account Login.

Once logged in, click on the “Websites” tab to view your Content AI credits.

If you can see the correct remaining credits in your Rank Math account, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account from your WordPress admin area. You can do this by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help. Then, click “Disconnect” and “Connect Now” as shown in the screenshots below:

After reconnecting your Rank Math account, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and display the correct one. You can do this by following these steps:
- Navigate to Rank Math SEO > General Settings > Content AI from your WordPress dashboard.
- Refresh the credits as shown in this screenshot:
