JetEngine custom post type sitemap

    Hi,

    We have a JetEngine custom post type setup on our website (currently 3/4 posts within this). Within RankMath we have toggled on to include this sitemap in the index.

    But unfortunately, it’s not being included. And when clicking to go direct to the sitemap given within RankMath as being the URL it just says the page doesn’t exist. I’ve tried clearing CDN, server and WP level caches but no luck.

    Are there additional steps required in order to make JetEngine compatible with RankMath?

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math for help with your custom post type sitemap not working in Rank Math, and sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.

    First, please test if the post type sitemap is being generated using the Query Parameter URL. Please visit the URL with the following structure on your website: https://yoursite.com/?post-type-sitemap=1 where “yoursite.com” is your website and “post-type” is your custom post type name. If the post type sitemap is available through a query string, then there is an issue with the rewrite rules.

    Please try the fixes for rewrite rules in the following article: https://rankmath.com/kb/fix-sitemap-issues/#apache-error.

    Hi,

    I’ve navigated to https://bulldogsdigital.com/?web-design-sitemap=1
    (web-design is the post type)

    This just seems to display the home page. Not sure if that means it’s a rewrite rule issue or not.

    Please navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Web Design > Enable the Web Design Robots Meta and set it as Index. Once done, please follow this guide to flush the sitemap cache: https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp
