I troubleshot it using the “health Check” tool you recommend, went into troubleshooting mode – disbaled all other plugins, enabled only rank math and tried to edit the post on the default twenty-twenty theme. And it still had an error.
The moment I deactivate your plugin, everything works.
I am on WordPress version 5.6.11 and PHP 7.4.33

I have checked your site and I found out that the problem is caused by WordFence, a security plugin that is blocking the REST route that Rank Math uses to save your settings. You can confirm this by going to this URL in your browser:
https://yourdomain.com/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta
If you see a message like
{"code":"rest_no_route","message":"No route was found matching the URL and request method","data":{"status":404}}
then your REST route is working fine. But if you see a message that says your access has been blocked by a firewall, then you need to whitelist Rank Math and its files in your WordFence settings. This will allow Rank Math to communicate with your site and save your settings properly.

It looks like the issue is occurring due to the old version of WordPress you’re using.
It’s recommended to update to the latest version of WordPress due to security and various reasons. Please update to the latest version of WordPress to fix this one.
Note: Make sure to take a complete backup of your site before applying such major changes / try applying changes to the staging site first.
After that update all of your themes and plugins to see if that works for you now.
