Issue with Saving SEO Metadata in Rank Math

    Dear Rank Math Support,

    I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to you regarding an issue I’ve been experiencing with the Rank Math SEO plugin on my website, https://cena.care/

    Despite following the recommended steps, I am unable to save the SEO Title, Description, and Focus Keyword for my posts and pages. I’ve checked for plugin conflicts and JavaScript errors, and I’ve also whitelisted Rank Math’s files in my Cloudflare firewall. However, the issue persists.

    Here are the URLs I’ve whitelisted in Cloudflare:

    cena.care/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta
    cena.care/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateSchemas
    cena.care/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateRedirection

    I’ve waited for the changes to propagate and I’ve cleared my site’s cache and my browser’s cache, but I’m still unable to save my SEO metadata in Rank Math.

    I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this issue. Please let me know if you need any additional information.

    Thanks for your prompt response.

    I have been attempting to include meta tags with emojis, but have been unsuccessful. However, I have been able to save it without emojis.

    for example:
    URL – https://cena.care/the-ancient-indian-food-culture/

    title – 🌿Ancient Indian Food Culture: Health & Modern Influence | Cena Nutrition
    description – 🥘Discover the age-old wisdom of ancient Indian food culture, its health benefits, and its role in shaping a sustainable modern cuisine.🌶️🧅
    ==================================================================================================

    I want to include emojis in the meta tags.

    Now please let me know what all info/access you need.

    Hello,

    If you can save the metadata without emojis, then I’m suspecting the issue might happening because your database doesn’t support adding the emojis.

    Please talk to your web hosting provider. They might be able to fix this issue with your DB.

    However, still there is an option to add emoji in your description. Instead of using emoji directly on your site, you can use the HTML version of the emojis in your title & description. Here is a tool that can help you convert emojis in HTML: https://www.online-toolz.com/tools/unicode-html-entities-convertor.php
