When this happens it’s usually caused by some sort of blockage on the route to save the metadata on the website.
While saving the data please keep the browser console open in the “Network” tab and see what is the status code of the following route: https://www.yourdomain.com/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta?_locale=user

If it’s returning any other value than a 200, there’s something wrong with the route and we would request that you follow the steps here: https://rankmath.com/kb/meta-data-not-saving/

The status code of the following route: https://www.yourdomain.com/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta?_locale=user is also 200. I did the steps mentioned in the guide as well. I’ve checked for Wordfence blocks, plugin conflicts, and JavaScript errors, but everything seems fine. I’ve attached some screenshots for reference. Previously, my content’s word count was accurate, but now it’s showing as only 45 words for a 3000-word article. Additionally, the RankMath value dropped from 95 to 64. Could you please guide me on how to resolve these issues?

It looks like you’re using the Kadence Blocks on your website and there was an issue with the block from Kadence that is called “Buttons (Adv)” and our Content Analysis API.
However, the Kadence Blocks has released an update where the issue with our content analysis is resolved. https://www.kadencewp.com/kadence-blocks/changelog/
So, please make sure you’re using the latest version of the Kadence block on your website and see if that resolves the issue.
