I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a persistent issue that I have been experiencing with the Rank Math plugin. Despite my best efforts to troubleshoot and apply the recommended fixes, I have been unable to resolve the error.

I have been a satisfied user of the Rank Math plugin for some time now, and it has been an essential tool for optimizing my website’s SEO. However, recently, I encountered an error that prevents me from fully utilizing the plugin’s features. I have tried several troubleshooting steps, including:

Updating the plugin to the latest version.
Deactivating and reactivating the plugin.
Clearing cache and cookies on my browser.
Disabling other plugins to check for conflicts.
Reinstalling the Rank Math plugin from scratch.
Unfortunately, despite all these efforts, the error persists, and I’m unable to use the plugin as intended. To provide you with a clearer understanding of the problem, I have attached a screenshot of the error message that I encounter.

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of Rank Math plugin. If not yet, please do update them. You may refer to our changelog page here: https://rankmath.com/changelog/

Can you share your website’s recent error logs so we can determine what’s causing the issue?

You can follow this guide to enable debugging in WordPress
https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ or you can get in touch with your web host, they will help you locate the log file.

Since you have done initial troubleshooting, we would like to check this further on your WP admin. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
