    My google search console has been getting tens of thousands of links such as below

    https://www.smilingcolors.com/?va=nkkuh&s=ミスティーノカジノ 入金不要(~To66.Asia~),ミスティーノカジノ 入金不要(~To66.Asia~),ミスティーノカジノ 入金不要va

    I have the No index search results on- it has been ON the whole time this has occured

    Prevent search results pages from getting indexed by search engines. Search results could be considered to be thin content and prone to duplicate content issues.

    Firstly, your robots.txt is showing a 404 error.

    In this case, you may fix this so you can block those URL using disallow rule and prevent them on your site.

    If you’re unable to edit it using Rank Math, then you can create the static file in your website’s root directory and place the recommended rules.

    Meanwhile, to figure out how Google is discovering those spam URLs, you should use the URL inspection tool of your GSC account to check the URLs and check the referring page where are they coming from.
