Are you using any page builder plugin to add those links? Because that might explain it.
Rank Math is not able to detect some of the elements added using some Page builders plugin. However, it does not affect your SEO or your Rankings.
We are working on a fix though and it will be ready soon.
I am using cooked plugin to write content. But for link generation I am using your pillar content option.

Thanks for the follow up.
I can see that the cooked plugin makes use of a custom drag and drop page builder and this is why our page analysis tool is unable to analyse the content.
We will be fixing this in an upcoming update as my colleague mentioned earlier.
