The KB you’ve shared is for the Instant Indexing module of our Rank Math plugin. This is only for Bing & Yandex.
It seems like you’re currently using our Instant Indexing for Google plugin which is only for Google. For that one, you can try to follow this KB: https://rankmath.com/blog/google-indexing-api/

But even still, the option is not there anymore, I cant find it.

The Google API officially supports pages containing Job Posting and Livestream structured data, and it is recommended to use only on such websites.
However, from our internal tests and our public beta, it seems that Google crawls, indexes (if the content is original, new, and helpful), and follow links on any page you submit through the API, regardless of its structured data, so you can use it on your onlineshop website.
