Hello, we apologize for the inconvenience you’re experiencing. With Rank Math, you can specify whether a post or product should be sent to search engines for indexing using the Instant Indexing feature. You can disable this feature for specific posts or products by setting the “No Index” option in the SEO settings for each individual post or product.
If you are using the Advanced Mode of our plugin, you can access the settings for Instant Indexing and disable it for specific posts or products. Here’s a tutorial on how to switch to Advanced Mode: Switch from Easy to Advanced Mode.
If you need further assistance with this, please feel free to ask.

Hello,
Our plugin will try to submit the page to Google every time it’s changed or saved.
This happens in a matter of milliseconds, but our plugin detects both calls and submits the URL.
Moreover, there is absolutely no issue with this since the quota from Google is updated every single day and it can be increased freely if you reach the limit.
Looking forward to helping you.
