The IndexNow API is not used by Google but rather by Bing and Yandex, so you are submitting the URLs to those search engines.
If you would like to use the same feature for Google you would need to follow the steps here: https://rankmath.com/blog/google-indexing-api/
Please note that these features simply submit the URL for submission but don’t guarantee it will be indexed, because that will depend on whether or not the algorithm believes the content is relevant for their search engine.
