Indexed Pages Not Showing in Rankmath Agency but Showing in Search Console

    Greetings Rankmath, exactly one and half years ago, I parted ways with my former hosting partners, gue to the fact that whenever my contents begun to rank well on google, rankmath pro plugin would be deactivated, which wasn’t my doing, apparently I granted this same hosting provider Access into my website in order to help with issues beyond my capability. The rankmath pro plugin deactivation happened twice, fast forward, I decided to move to a trusted hosting provider and for all these while my website has not been able to rank as expected, just two days ago, I decided to go through the meta and tag settings to realize that the noindex box for both Global and website index has been selected for all these while without me knowing nothing about it.

    Due to this in the index section of the analytics, I noticed that 100% of posts are in “url unknown to google” meanwhile in the “search console”, it indicates that 22.2% of urls have been indexed successfully which I would be attaching screenshots.

    My question is, how do these 22.3% indexed urls showing in search console reflect in rankmath?

    Because I know definitely that if the index box was intact, by now it should have been reflecting.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    It seems like the data on your Index Status tab is not up to date. In this case, please follow the steps below to delete old Rank Math analytics data, start a fresh import, and see if that works for you:

    1. At first please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click the Rebuild Index button.

    2. After that, Head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics tab, click the Delete Data button, and then click the Update Data Manually

    It will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.

    Once the process is complete. Please check the Analytics page again.

    However, you’re currently using the Rank Math PRO plugin on your website, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and verify it?
