    Hey Guys,

I have several posts that scored 90+ with the RankMath plugins. Now, after the Google Algorithm updates there are significant drops in the scores. I have alerts that my content is only 6 words long, keywords not in subheadings, alt tags not in images, etc. These are 2,000 to 4,000 word posts. Why is this happening.

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Can you please let us know if you are using the block from Kadence that is called “Buttons (Adv)”? We ask this because we noticed an issue with that block and our Content Analysis API and our developers are currently investigating that.

If you’re using this block on your pages, please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section so that we can check the issue further for you.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    My apologies.

    Here’s the WordPress login

    [moved to sensitive data section]

    Hello,

We advise that you insert the login information in the sensitive data section of this ticket as this is a public ticket. We have moved the data for you.

Back to the issue, we see that the word count is now showing correctly for the page https://discoverkenjones.com/best-dtf-printers-for-small-businesses

Our developers are already checking on the issue with the recent update from Kadance.

Since the issue is coming from Kadance, we suggest checking with them to address the issue from their as well.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch with us if you have any other questions.

This correction affects only one post. Are you saying that I’m basically on my own for the rest of my posts? Kadence is the problem, not the RankMath plugin correct?

    Hello,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the inaccurate data issue.

You are right, the problem is not with Rank Math, but with Kadence. They are already aware of the issue and are working on a fix. You can reach out to them to see the progress of that.

Thank you for choosing Rank Math.

    Hello,

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
